Ladies my relationship is stressful

Okay me and my boyfriend have been together almost two years we live with each other and of course we fight now and then but at the end of the day we're in love no matter what.

I am currently a full time student and have a part time job waitressing. He works full time 40+ hours a week. Lately it's been really difficult getting along ! He is really hard on me about money and bills. I tell myself we are both doing the best we can do. It's a trade school based off of hours so I have to be there 35 hours a week. I graduate in April and then I can begin my career and become financially stable. Since I'm currently waitressing (making money off of tips) there's really no way of knowing how much money I'll be making. I just feel like he doesn't empathize how hard I am trying.

I don't even want to have sex with him. I've realized he will only cuddle with me when his dick is hard. I'm over it. I don't want to leave him even though the thought has crossed my mind before. But I think I'm just gonna temporarily take a break from having sex with him. He doesn't appreciate me as a person trying to get my life together. I haven't been able to buy groceries in months because money is so tight. Also when we are intimate he barely loosens me up or gets me wet before he wants to shove himself inside me. That's such a turn off honestly. And when he goes down on me I'm just like stop please. I am starting to resent him. Any words of encouragement or constructive advice would be greatly appreciated.
