Trying to conceive

Hello everyone. Me and DH have been trying to conceive for three months now and still nothing. He works out of town and I usually only see him on Fridays or Saturdays. We BD every chance we get but it seems we are missing my window. On top of all of that, I just found out my sister is pregnant. Talk about a stab in the heart. Is there anyone else out there that has a out of town hubby? Anyone have any advice?
