I use Aveeno yogurt body wash, it's like 9 dollars a bottle but it's really good for sensitive skin. Also Eve has soap specifically made for those areas.

I usually try to only wash it with water unless I feel like it need something extra. In that case I use summer's eve if I am washing near the inside. For just exterior I use regular soap.
