Major swollen fingers

So I've never really swelled with my other 2 pregnancies. 9 weeks 3 days almost 4 days with my third and my fingers have been getting soooo swollen during the days for the last week or so. I drink tons of water and try to avoid salts. I can't wear my wedding set hardly or else I'd get a major indent in my finger. I've never had this happen before. Is it normal to swell this early or does it mean something else is happening? Could it mean I could possibly be carrying twins (lol)? If I did swell with my other 2 pregnancies, I've never noticed it.
