My boyfriend won't kiss me

My boyfriend of three years won't make out with me. He only gives me little pecks, even during sex. Once in a blue moon he lets me suck on his lips during sex for just a second but we've never made out 😏😞🤔 when I tried when we first got together he said he just didn't like it........then last week we were talking about public affection and he said he used to make out with his ex alllll the time in public 😑 I mean I know it's only kissing but making out is a huge turn on for me and I just want him to make up with me alll sloppy (not too sloppy) lol
