I feel stupid but also right...

We live in a ground floor apartment (me, boyfriend and daughter), outside our apartment we have my daughter's slide and a few other toys. Today while boyfriend and daughter was out I was on the couch enjoying some me time when I saw bubbles float by. I know my daughter has bubbles outside as they are her favourite activity. Thinking she was home I go to our back door and check. Well there is a group of these kids, probably six or seven of them, playing and using my daughter's toys. Mind you I dont know these kids and their ages range from probably 3 to 9. Anyways of course I step onto our patio where these kids are, and a few of them run away, and I tell them to leave. To leave our property and that they shouldn't just touch other people's property. They leave. Not even 5 minutes after I go inside, they are back playing with the toys and slide. I go into our bedroom to call my boyfriend and tell him what is up. While I am on the phone I hear our sliding door open and the kids comes into our apartment! To remind you I don't know these kids and I already told them to leave. So I freak out and kinda just hide out in the room till boyfriend arrives. He obviously flips on the kids for being in our apartment, then the kids tell him I invited them in and told them to play with toys. I obviously didn't. Landlord was called, head office was informed and even our landlord said head office might file a police report because it is deemed breaking and entering. I feel bad because they are children if it comes down to that. even though, it will likely be the parents in trouble. I just... i can't with some people. Do people not teach their children not to go into random people's houses? We will see where this goes...
