Thong underwear? Which are your fave?

Hey Ladies, I'm a mom of two and I've had two c-sections. I have that a roll that hangs over the c-section scar in the front :( I'm working to get rid of it, but would love to have some thong underwear to wear and still feel sexy. I can't stand underwear that sits below my scar (it hurts) or slips down under it on and off all day! Have you found any that cover the front well, like high rise maybe? I still want the thong in the back though! I'm sick of these damn granny panties! I want my hubby to see a sexy ass, not a tent covering my ass lol TIA!!!!
