I am 14 weeks pregnant with my first. I work at a dog kennel and sometimes a dog gets lose inside the building and i have to chase them. Well today i had to chase after a dog who got away from me and about 15 minutes later i went to the rest room and there was blood. Not any in the toilet but on the paper. I wiped maybe 4 times and each time was less and less. Now its just a tiny bit of dark blood. Ive had spotting before, once at 6 weeks due to sex, and once at 9 weeks but im not sure what causes that. It happened to be 15 minutes before my dr appointment and they did an ultrasound and everything was fine.

This is my first and im worried something is wrong. No cramping just a little scared. Any advice?
