HCG levels

Hey ladies,

So I went to the ER on Saturday because I was having some side pain where my right ovary is and some spotting(light pinkish/brownish d/c) I'm currently 4weeks and 6days, they did a pelvic exam and abdominal and vaginal US. They couldn't tell anything with the US because it was "too early " my Hcg level was 37 and they stated it should be a little higher then that, I went today to get my blood drawn again , but still haven't gotten the results ... I'm still having spotting here and there. Sometime it very light pink sometimes is brownish with some cramping . I'm low key anxious/stressed and scared . Have any of you had this issue before?
