Scared Again! Don't wanna lose my rainbow 🌈 baby

So I am 5 weeks 6 days with my 🌈 baby and had my first ultrasound yesterday! I was able to see the sac and a small little bean in there... but the tech told me she saw some small bleeds and they were unable to see cardiac activity! The tech said the bleeds were normal. But then I went to see my doctor...My doctor also said they saw some placenta detachment... she wasn't very informative as to what all this even means... will I lose this one too? I'm scared outta my mind... anybody have any experience with this???
