When do you start shopping?

So I just found out I'm pregnant with baby #3... my first is 11yrs old, second is 9 months old and I'm 2 months pregnant.  I don't want to leave everything for last minute nor do I want to start shopping too soon & something goes wrong. At which month should I start shopping for all the baby essentials?

I would start around 5/6 months or until you find out what you're having. I just turned 27 weeks with my second child and im starting now and doing it little by little so I dont over stress myself

As soon as I found out we were having a girl this time around I went out and bought like 10 outfits lol so that was at 19 weeks

This is #3 for us also, my youngest just turned 21months. We didn't keep anything from our last since we originally planned on waiting until he was 4 to have another, but changed our minds not long after we purged everything, go figure lol. We started preparing while we were still ttc. I'm 11weeks today and currently we have a pram stroller, a few different baby carriers (I have an obsession with Lillebaby), a newborn cloth diaper stash  (We use cloth on our son but only had one size stash as we didn't do newborn last time), an area rug for the nursery, a crib, a nursery rocker and ottomon ottomon and in the next few weeks we'll be getting a new dresser. The one currently in my son's room is going in my daughters room to match her set and to replace her tiny outgrown dresser.
