Twins?! 👶🏼👶🏼

So I'm only 6 weeks pregnant.. I have this feeling that twins are going to pop up on an ultrasound, my fiancé has 2 sets in his family and I have 4 on my side, they say the male carries the twin gene... but I haven't had an ultrasound done yet (not til September 28). But I don't remember feeling this bad, tired, bloated, blurry vision and just extra moody and bad headaches as well with my first son.... anyone else have twins and shine some light on symptoms at 6weeks?!
