20 weeks and sick

iv been sick for about a week now and it's just escalating and getting worse, i can't even speak properly today i'm losing my voice and my throat is killing me especially at night, i just feel like complete shit.. and i'm so worried about her, i haven't felt her moving all night and half of the day yesterday... i don't have an o.b, i did but she was fired, im not able to get another until october.. same gose for a primary doctor.. should i just stick it out or go to the e.r, i'm worried sick about my baby girl...
