When did you know you were pregnant?

Hi ladies, my husband and I have had 2 occasions when we haven't used protection in the last week and I am waiting for the two weeks to pass to take a test. Did you know you were pregnant before the test?

I'm having major bloating and it sounds weird but I don't feel like my belly is the same (may be me overthinking it). I am 280lbs and currently on slimming world so trying to lose weight. Any help would be much appreciated.
