best way to deal with ringworm?

My husband had ringworm, we have no idea how and I was just curious if there were faster ways to get rid of it rather then the cream. And what other precautions should we take? I washed our sheets.

I had a huge ringworm spot on my leg and scratched it for days it never spread and never covered it but definitely get a cream antifungal. if I remember corrects its the same main ingredient that's in yeast infection medicine.

TBH and I know this sounds nasty asf but when i went to the doctor they told me to pee on a tissue and damp it on there. My was gone in like 2-3 days. Trust me it's nasty but I did what I was told
