This is was very random I didn't expect him to act like that and throw the voucher at his face ...He didn't get his way with the employee at the counter and he reacted this way. 
It was so embarrassing. He thought he did a great job showing him who's the boss. But wow I saw a side of him which was unreasonable... 
He has a aggressive know it all personality... he has shoved me once in anger. I'm just doubting this relo now

If he can't handle ordering a drink, I can't imagine how he will be when life really starts to challenge him. I would have told him outright he was being a dick and I would have apologized to the worker right in front of him. I teach second grade. I have no time to tolerate that kind of childish behavior from adults in my life.

I truly think the way one treats a service worker is a great example of their true self. I'd be wary. Especially since he's shoved you and obviously saw no wrong in his behavior. Not good

My mom gave me possibly the best piece of advice I've ever gotten on this exact thing: 
You can really tell what kind of person someone is by how they treat service workers or food workers. If they treat them like shit, they're bad news. They're bad people who have inferiority complexes and treat people "under them" (🙄) like shit so they feel better about themselves.

There's a saying that is something like "It's not how he treats you that you need to watch for, it's how he treats the waitress." I had an ex who treated me like a princess but treated every service person like shit. He's a germ-ophobe so if we went out for dinner and the cutlery was touching the table, he would throw it on the floor instead of asking for new ones. If someone didn't automatically bring him a new drink when his was empty, he didn't leave ANY tip. He did the kind of stuff you're describing all the time! 
At the end of the day, I chose to be with someone who doesn't necessarily open my car door for me or go out of his way to romance every second of my life, but he is KIND to every human being he interacts with, including me, my friends and my family. That's the kind of man I wanted to raise children with. Those "little things" can turn into big things quickly!
