IUD & PAIN. Help please.

I feel pain "under" my ribs (if that even makes sense) and what feels like my uterus. It's a sore / cramp kind of feeling that happens when I laugh, cough, or move too much. Im not sick nor have I slept in an uncomfortable position. I also feel a constant "pinch" on the left side of my abdomen along with pain in my shoulder. Not sure what to think , scheduling an appt with my OB but I was wondering if anyone had this issue while on an IUD ? I'm afraid it shifted 😞
