Baby stopped growing :(

Hey ladies,

So I am heartbroken right now and want to know if anybody else can help with their experience. Today I would be 11 weeks but when I went in for my ultrasound earlier I was informed that the baby stopped growing at 7ish weeks. My heart is broken, I am so hurt that we don't get to meet our little one. I was given 3 options, to let it come naturally and let the miscarriage come, I can take medication to bring on the miscarriage or I can get it over with and have a D&C .... which have you girls had done and was it painful? Also how long did it take to start bleeding if natural..
