BFPs galore! + Help??

First of all, I just wanna say I've seen so many ladies get their BFP this cycle and it's just so wonderful to see. It honestly makes me so happy and I can't wait to get one myself. Although I'm too scared to take a test.

That moves me to the "help" part... I'm about 11 DPO and today while I was doing some housework I got unusually hot, sweaty, and fatigued. Not normal for me as I make a living off of maid work and can usually make a full face of makeup stay matte all day haha... anyway the house was set at 69 and I even had a fan running, still just hot..no major fever. Could this be a sign of implantation? I don't want to get my hopes up but I honestly am asking out of pure curiosity and impatience since I know it's too early to test. Agh!!
