Colds, Sinus Infection, Sore Throat..

Im 13+3 and believe I have a sinus infection with a little bit of a sore throat/cough! I called my doctor and told me to take Sudafed and Tylenol, I've been taking Tylenol, but I took children's sudafed for what I have at home right now until I make it to the store.. Well I googled it and it's saying not to sure Sudafed while in the first trimester. My thing is I just don't wznt to hurt the baby being sick and I also am afraid that Im taking too much medicine.. 😖 Anybody been through anything like this?
