Crying everyday...will it hurt my boo bear?

I've been so stressed out. My child's father is unstable and running me through the ringer. I can't take it! I'm crying almost every other day cuz of shit he pulls. Is this going to make me miscarry? My baby kicks a lot sometimes when I'm crying, probably trying to tell me to calm down...but I can't control it sometimes.

What can I do to reverse this stress..I can't take it anymore.

Edit: i don't live with him he just is annoying over texts and calls
