Implantation Cramps?? (TMI)

Yesterday I was 8dpo and I started getting these dull, achy, sharp cramps right below my pelvic bone. They weren't super painful, but definitely noticeable. I also noticed that I got a tan/yellow discharge that was kind of creamy. And a lot of it for a few hours. Today at 9dpo I am having back pain. When I look it up, this is how most women describe implantation cramps. I don't want to get my hopes up, but today I was so tired that while I was at work, I am a nanny for a 1 year old girl, I had to put her down for a nap an hour early, because I couldn't even keep my eyes open all day and I got 9 hours of sleep last night. The feeling didn't subside at all and here I am in bed at 8:30. Also, I have been getting awful hot flashes for 3 days and wake up in the middle of the night stripping because my shirt is soaked. I get a blood test in the morning to check my iron levels (I have endometriosis and get checked every few months) and they will also be doing a pregnancy test. What do you ladies think??
