Am I ovulating?!

Ok, so this morning I started tracking my ovulation with the clear blue advanced. I am CD 7 and was expecting to see an empty circle, but instead I got a flashing happy face! As far as I know, I do NOT ovulate this quickly. So this evening after work I took a second ovulation test and after the "thinking " process, I am only getting the error indicator. 1. Has anyone else ever ovulated this quickly? and 2. Has anyone else had this problem with their clear blue test device?
