Praying for a miracle 🙏🏼🌈❤️

So last week, I posted that I took two tests and both were positive. Exciting news for me and hubby since we miscarried in May. My doctor has had me doing blood work every two days to check my hcg levels and I received a call from her nurse yesterday. My hcg levels are rising, but not necessarily at the levels that they'd see "with a normal pregnancy". My doctor has ordered an ultrasound for tomorrow to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. I don't get it...I feel great, I haven't had any symptoms or pain other than the normal mild cramping associated with early pregnancy and no bleeding whatsoever. Has anyone had this happen to them, and was the outcome a positive one?? I'm praying they find the sac where it should be..., my husband and I want this baby more than anything...but I'd love some feedback if anyone has any. ❤️
