STD or Yeast Infection?!

I have been having extremely bad vaginal itching, burning, and some cottage cheese looking discharge. It is bad. It is intense. My husband says his penis is itching but also has like these weird bumps on his penis as well. We had a threesome with a girl and about a week later I started to show symptoms. It is so bad I haven't been able to sleep at night. I can't get an appointment with my doctor for a week. Do I need to go to like a walk in clinic or should I wait it out? This 19 year old girl is so confused on what to do!!
