What to pack!! What do you need for postpartum

Hi first time mom here. I am 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have 9 weeks and 4 days until my son gets here. I am trying to make a list of things I need to have ready to pack.... the thing is I have no idea what I need. I have watched YouTube videos and they are great and all but it's so overwhelming. I don't know what is a 100% necessity verse luxury.

I also am unsure what to get ready for my postpartum box. I don't know what's better huge pads or depends. I don't know if I should get any kind of special creams for down there.
