Healing time after c section?

Question

How long does it take to heal after a C section? How long until you're able to walk around or drive?

Walking after a day, they say to wait two weeks to drive and that healing takes six weeks.

I was up and walking the day of in the hospital. Three days after I was walking two city blocks to the pediatricians office. I'm almost four weeks post surgery and back to normal. I was basically back to normal about five days after surgery. I'm still waiting to be cleared to run again at my six week appt, but I already went back to walking in the treadmill and doing the elliptical. My incision healed fine after two weeks as well.

I was up and walking ( normally) about three days later. Driving probably a little longer because of pain medication and because you want to wait until you're healed enough to comfortable to buckle your seat belt. As far as the actually incision a few weeks or so. Your doctor should clear you for any and all activities by 6 weeks but you'll feel better before then. 
I would suggest walking as much as you can. It really speeds up the process.

I was up and walking the next day both times. I drove 2 weeks after my first csection and 2nd time I drove about 3 weeks after. It takes awhile to completely heal

Not sure about the driving part but I wasn't completely healed til 7 weeks later

I was able to walk and drive the next day but they say it can take 6 months maybe longer to fully healed.
