How many get food poisoning/stomach flu ? 😣

I have gotten food poisoning/ stomach flu twice in the last month. Maybe because I work at schools and my immune system is not the best. I low key want to stop eating out, because I sick so much...ugh... Anybody else ??

I think what you're experiencing probably isn't food poisoning. You should go to the doctor and get checked out. I also suggest taking a probiotic to replace all the good bacteria in your stomach.. this could very well solve your problem! Good luck 🤞🏼

I've never had food poisoning. I do get sick a lot, especially if I'm eating out. But it's not from food poisoning, my body just doesn't like all the grease lol. I've been told that if it's actually food poisoning and not just an upset stomach or a flu/bug then you'd be in the hospital or at least stuck in bed because of how bad food poisoning is.

You can only get the stomach flu from contact. For a food borne illness, you have to ingest a good that has spoiled 
So the food borne illness has nothing to do with where you work
