Is this POSITIVE?! Need opinions, please.

Been TTC for 2+ years with 2 miscarriages and an ectopic. This is our 3rd medicated, timed intercourse cycle. I'm at day 32 of my 31-32 day cycle and about 12-13 DPO. Do we think this is really positive?
