Cramping ovulation or AF?

I had AF Sept 1st-6th and AF isn't due until Sept 29th. According to Glow I ovulated Thursday. So y am I cramping so bad? I've been feeling nauseous as well. What's going on?

holy crap this is exactly whats happening to me.  i had what i thought was af 1-4 but it was super light.  ive been cramping for a few days and im in my ovulation period now.  todays suppose to be my peak but im yet to get a pos opk.  ive been eating everything in sight and im moody.  lol.
