Anyone feel like they leak urine?! 😭

So at first I thought it was discharge until I smelt it and it was urine!! I didn't remember having any type of accident so I thought I must have not wiped completely right! Lol well it's happening like every day! Am I just leaking urine? I know us pregnant girls need to use the bathroom a lot more frequently so I thought maybe that's what it was and I'm not noticing it! It's kind of annoying though 😒

I've been getting alot more discharge since 20w and in the last week I keep finding my underwear quite watery too. I'm 23 weeks tomorrow  xxx

Been using Always discrete since day one, they are light like panty liners but work wonders

I'm sure the same thing is happening to me so much so I'm wearing panty liners just in case odour trapping ones

Yes and I don't remember doing this with my first 3 pregnancies, this bad at least. I have to wear panty liners all the time. Sneezing, coughing, laughing, yelling or squatting are dangerous for me to do lol.

I'm 24 weeks with twins and when I sneeze or cough, even if I just went to the bathroom, I'll notice that I pee myself a little. Still have 3 more months and it's already happening 😫

For the last few days at work or the gym my underwear is damp! Not enough to soak through, but enough to be conscious of. I don't feel it happening at all! Time to look into those discrete panty liners😞

I do and it grosses me out!!! I've tried leanin forward, lifting my belly, and even sitting there a little longer in the toilet to make sure my
Bladder is empty, but when I'm done and walk off I can actually feel that i pee myself a tad bit too :( whyyyyyyyy I don't wanna smell or have pee on me!!! :( it's sad but I've heard it's normal. :|

Doesn't usually happen wth baby #1 but after that your bladder gets weaker no matter what shape your in.

I do. I won't sneeze laugh or cough and I'll go in the bath room and my undies will be wet. But I've had issues my whole life with it. I think it's worse when you go to wipe and lean and end up peeing on your hand or stand up thinking your done and some still leaks out.

All the time! I started wearing Poise panty liners, which definitely helps. I've been sneezing a lot with the changing seasons, which leads to more leaks. Kegals help, but not 100%.
