Fenugreek experience?
Hi breastfeeding parents! Recently I started taking fenugreek to help increase my milk supply and since then I've been constantly feeling that let down sensation even though my breasts aren't leaking. Has this happened with anyone else? 😩 Also, how was your experience with it, did it work for you or do you recommend another method? I'll try anything at this point hahah
