Should I be considerate or?

So my boyfriend asked if we could name our future daughter after his first love that died in a tragic accident. He said there was nothing wrong about honoring someone he cared about a lot. It made me angry because for me it's still his ex..but then I feel like a total bitch for it. It makes me jealous and uneasy. He said I shouldn't even be mad about it. I don't know. Help?
