Feeling OVERWHALMED

I've been texting a guy for like 2 weeks now, we see each other at school sometimes and today we had a movie date but we didn't kiss or anything and I went home and he asked me to be his girlfriend and of course I said no, and I don't know how to tell him I don't want to be in any serios relationship because he knows that I'm moving in a year and I just don't like putting names to things, just let it how it is, how should I tell him and? I think he is one of thatnpersons that hate being alone and wants to have a girlfriend but I we don't know each other that well. What should I tell him?
