When do you start worrying?

I'm 7 weeks 1 day with twins...and I can't walk around or even stand without getting really crampy and horrid back pain..I have a titled uterus so I'm assuming that what the back pain is from but my cramps really worry me they tend to go away if I sit. But as soon as i go to even walk to the bathroom start cramping again..I lost my pregnancy before my twins at 7 weeks 3 days..

I also have twins and a tilted uterus. I had horrible back pain for several weeks that early on, until my uterus got bigger and popped forward. Tylenol and a heating pad are your friends!! Hope you feel better soon!!!

I had the same pain. You just have to sit and rest, sometimes a lot. I found emptying my bladder helps. I can't walk for than 1-2 minutes without getting horrible cramping and tightness. 22 weeks.

Try not to worry. I know it's easier said then done but we have no control if anything will happen or not so just try and relax and enjoy your little miracles growing

Cramping is normal during the first trimester as the uterus expands.
