Could you forgive?

I thought that my SO had never lied to me. We tell each other everything, but then I found out I have gonorrhea. He swears that he never cheated but I'm not sure how else this could have happened. We have been together for 3 years and I was tested back in May (negative everything). We have a 5 month old together. This is super hard for me because other than this, he has never given me a reason to not believe him. But he has to be lying, right?

He is in fact lying to you, and honestly must think you are stupid to try and say he has not stepped out. He's cheating on you, or did that is why you have a sexually transmitted disease. I would not suggest seeing a test from him, because he could have already been treated. I say you sit him down tell him that you know he cheated, and decide what you want to do from there.

Yes unfortunately.. if you have been faithful you don't just wake up with gonorrhea he had to have gotten it from somewhere and gave it to you.. I'm sorry honey..
