Help please!

I need reassurance in a bad way.

My husband and I just moved 900 miles to my home town to take care of my mom. Mom has glioblastoma and may only have a couple months to live. She needs lots of extra little helps here and there and her mind is going. I just started a job out here. Don't get paid till October and money is low. Hubs is looking for a job but also caring for my mom and our 9.5 month daughter while I'm at work. On top of this we just started fostering a dog that was left homeless after the hurricanes because our local shelters are overwhelmed. Only a quarter of our stuff is moved in and everything is a mess. On top of all this I seem to deal with high stress by vomiting now. Please. I beg you. Pray for us. Tell me it will be ok. Give me tips on how to deal. Pay off my student loans. I'll take any help I can get.
