Okay so the last two times of went to my doctor appointments they have gotten on me about my weight gain they are always talking about how I'm only suppose to gain a certain amount of pounds during my pregnancy and how much im suppose to gain or how I'm gaining to much . It not like I eat junk food all day everyday , because I don't , I makesure Im eating my veggies and fruits and drinking plenty of water and milk . I might have a soda every now and then but that it. I feel like I'm gonna gain weight either way because I am pregnant and it not like I was super skinny before, I'm a short thick female . I just feel like do you really wanna stress your whole pregnancy about the weight gain or would you rather focus on the baby health . Because either way once I have my baby I'm gonna go to the gym a lot so I can lose all the baby weight or most of it . I just feel like i personally am not gonna be ashamed of my body after or while I have this baby , i love myself and my husband loves me . So that all that matters
