Worried Depo sterilized me!!

Okay, I've been on Depo for many years. Started at 16 stopped fully about 3,4 years ago. I'm 30. It's terrifying me that Depo may have been a bad move for so long and prevented me from having kids. My SO and I been dating 3 years and used condoms a handful of times. He has kids from other relationship so I know he isn't the issue. Just wondering anyone out there have happy healthy babies after years of Depo. What am I doing wrong?? 😩
