Nexplanon implant

I've been on the implant almost two months now. When I was supposed to start my cycle I was spotting and have been spotting for two weeks then it got heavy like a period and now I'm on the fourth week and was wondering how long should I wait to get it removed if I don't stop bleeding? Thank God for my menstrual cup so I don't have to constantly be buying pads and tampons but this is still getting on my nerves. I'm ready to stop bleeding so I can have time with my husband.
