Have you ever had a cyst?

A few Years ago I had a cyst on my left and right ovary but the obgyn said it will go away on its own. On feburary I had unprotected sex with my guy twice that month and I came on my cycle in due time. I missed my March cycle and I'm late for this cycle. In March I only cramped but I never came on. After the first time we had unprotected sex I remember having dry coughs for a week. I took a test today and its negative for the second time. I have gallstones and I have to get my gallbladder removed. Can a cyst stop your period? The second time we had sex in February my period completely stopped. My period  became shorter in days. Has anyone experienced this?

My cysts wouldnt go away on their own.'i had one large one that always doubled the size of my ovary, I had cysts blocking my tubes and I had several small ones kind of everywhere. They do and can completely screw up your cycle, I had missed periods, delayed periods, two periods in a month, severe pain and abnormal bleeding. We don't know why I developed them the way i did, just know that they were not because of pcos or other diseases. I've had the surgery for it, I have 3 kids ttc 4 and life is so much better without them cysts. Ask for an ultrasound of your cysts, also use a female obgyn. Best of luck! I was miserable with those things, I was in massive pain and it affected me in several  ways
