Tmi have pictures

I have pcos. I don't get my period unless I am on birth control or my doctors gives me a pill to take I think it's provera. But any ways I took a pregnancy test on Tuesday afternoon and it said negative. But I can't help but feel pregnant still.... Normally the signs go away once the negative comes into play.
