sickness and tiredness is too much 😢

laying in my room or on my bed have three kids to care for and 7 weeks 2 days. I feel just rotten. not been able to do housework and struggle to do anything. I'm lucky my man is here but I feel like death I feel like it's hopeless and I can't cope. I thought it would get better I've had this since 16th August since kids started school I just want to know if I'm not the only one. feel like I want to jump out a window it's just so bad right now
