Blood pressure/ pre eclampsia

does anyone have experience with high blood pressure or pre eclampsia? i had pre E with my first pregnancy and had to be induced as soon as I found out. well my blood pressure usually runs really low, like 105/ 60 but just a while ago it was 114/79. which I know that's not to high but it's high for me. should I call my doctor just in case or wait until my next appointment in a week? I will be 36 weeks on saturday.
