Misdiagnosed miscarriage.
I wrote a few days ago explaining my situation. On 4/14 I went to my family Dr with severe pain on my left side, bleeding and a positive pregnancy test. I was told I was miscarrying and sent to do bloodwork.
Two days later, I was rushed into emergency surgery, my left Fallopian tube was ruptured due to a ectopic pregnancy. I also had 24 ounces of blood in abdomen from the rupture.
As I lay here, recovering and going over everything in my head, I become angery, feeling I was treated poorly by my Dr and my life was put at risk.
I was bleeding, crying and begging for help and all they did was send me to do blood work and go home scared and alone, with no explanation of what to expect.
Has anyone experienced a diagnosed miscarriage? If so, what test or exams were done to determine the miscarriage?
I asked for an ultrasound and an exam and was told they had to run bloodwork before they could do any further testing. So, for two days I suffered with pain and internal bleeding and essentially, I am lucky to be alive today.
I feel someone should be held responsible for what happened to me.

Thank you.
