Vertigo/dizzyness/ light headedness
I missed my period so I took a test, it was negative...still no period. Tho I've had two days of on and off light pick spotting then it stopped. Now yesterday and today I've been feeling realy light headed, dizzy, kinda feels like vertigo. Is this a sign of pregnancy? Has has anyone else had the same thing and ended up being pregnant?
