bbt??" /> If I don't get my bfp this month I'm thinking about temping in addition to doing opks ( which I already do) Is it anymore more effective than taking opks? Can someone educate me on what to look for and how it should look around ovulation, period, pregnancy, etc??

It's totally worth doing it all. I post a pic of my bbt chart. You can clerly see the ovulation dip in my fertile window. 7dpo I got an implantion bleeding. 8 dpo my bbt rised ever more and stayd elevated. I got my positive hpt yesterday :-)
