Symptoms?

Hey guys I'm two pills away from my placebo pills. I take Sprintec (a combination pill). I've been feeling very nauseous since Monday (2 days ago) it's constant nausea and I never actually throw up. I have taken my birth control almost perfectly. I took it 1.5-2 hours after my normal time at the latest. I didn't take any thing to make my birth control ineffective. So I should be fine, but I can't help freaking out! I think it's making it worse that I'm freaking out but I can't help it. I've been taking pregnancy tests every morning and they read negative. Let me know what you think!
