Breast Lump

Okay, so super random. I normally get small, hard, and very painful lumps in both of my breasts right before my period. once my period starts, the pain slowely goes away. I've been to the doctor and it isn't cancer. I need to cut down on my caffeine and my hormones are a little crazy. I'm trying to get pregnant and could be in the next couple weeks. I'm wondering if anyone has had this kind of breast pain before getting pregnant? The pain feels sharper than normal
