Help Ladies!

So, my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over a year and we live 2 hours apart so we see each other every weekend but alternate weekends and when I go see him, I stay the weekend but for the past month, I've been extremely sick and haven't been able to travel and due to me being so sick, I moved back in with my parents so when my boyfriend comes to see me, he comes to my parents. Due to me being so sick, we haven't had sex for almost a month because I don't wanna have sex in my parents house. I want to travel up there to see him but I'm still too weak to travel long distances. Should I like rent a hotel room for the weekend so we can finally have sex or should I just suck it up and drive to see him? He says that he's okay with not having sex for a month but I know damn well he isn't. I want to do something nice for him since he's been there for me through all of me being sick.
